Hotel offers an accommodation with toilet and bathroom in the rooms. There is one suite. There is also a restaurant, a pool, table tennis, a sauna, a fireplace and a ski lift. In 1937, the chapel of St.. Anna was built near the  chalet. Eighteen metres high tower also serves as a lookout tower on the Ostrý, Javorový, Velký Polom and whole Jablunkov. Currently, is the lookout tower available only at religious events: meetings, or religious pilgrimage. An altitude of Kozubova is 982 m  after an agreement it can be reached by car from Dolni Lomná or from Milíkov depending on snow conditions.
