The route leads us from Košařiska along the road of III. class to Milíkov and Bocanovice. Here it connects with route no. 6081 and we turn to the local road towards Jablunkov - Běla, through agricultural fields we go
to the protected railway crossing and then cross the bridge over the river Lomná. Narrow streets lead us
to the Mariánské Square in Jablunkov, from which we travel to the edge of the panel housing estates which is gradually changing into a family houses quarter. We connect with the road of III. class opposite to Městsky les with a natural amphitheater.
After a while, route no. 6080 joins on the right, in Pisek we cross route no. 6086, we cross the bridge over the river Olše, and we enter Bukovec, where it joins route no.561 on the right.
